Wolf Refuses to Honor General Assembly’s Vote Ending Shutdown Order

The General Assembly has approved a concurrent resolution to revoke Gov. Wolf’s shutdown order signed in March, and extended earlier this month, launching a battle that will be decided in the courts. The governor has threatened to veto the resolution, but lawmakers who backed it insist he has no say over it; their approval alone makes it the law of the land.

Wolf Administration Announces New Resource for Manufacturers to Produce COVID-19-Related Supplies

Harrisburg, PA – On April 4 Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Secretary Dennis Davin announced the creation of the Pennsylvania Manufacturing Call to Action Portal, which will mobilize manufacturers that are producing COVID-19-related products and supplies or can pivot to producing COVID-19-related supplies.
