Manufacturers name Carl A. Marrara as Executive Director after decade as Government Affairs VP
HARRISBURG, PA (June 1, 2022) – The Pennsylvania Manufacturers’ Association has promoted Carl A. Marrara to be Executive Director of the statewide trade organization. Since May 2012, Marrara has served as Vice President of Government Affairs, where he has excelled in advancing the organization’s pro-growth, pro-production agenda.
“Carl Marrara continues to be an outstanding advocate for Pennsylvania’s manufacturing employers and the value that manufacturing brings to our communities, employees, suppliers, and customers,” said David N. His indispensable efforts in coalition-building, communications, policy research, and legislative advocacy mark him as a next-generation leader for our organization, and I am grateful that he will be with us for the long haul.”

A native of Danville PA, Marrara is a graduate of Elizabethtown College and New England College, where he also serves as a lecturer. Prior to joining PMA, he worked for the Pennsylvania Business Council and the Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association. He resides in Mechanicsburg PA with his wife and their two daughters.
